Job Responsibilities
Labor Approvals
•Represent the company at government and other external authorities in coordination with the management for completing the required formalities and documents such as employment permits, entry visas, medical examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, the Ministry of Labor and Consulates, and business licenses to the company
•Process legal documents in line with the criteria of the immigration office, ministry of Labor, government offices, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in compliance with the laws and regulations.
•Initiate, and submit new requests on time, understanding the company’s needs of resources (nationality, gender, degrees)
•Prepare and process applications in the labor office and immigration in compliance with Qatar laws and regulations.
•Process labor approvals for new requests, change requests, additional requests, etc. in a timely manner, while reporting any prospective obstacles and escalating them immediately.
•Report the active employees to list status monthly.
•Facilitate visas from Qatar Visa Center (QVC) for new candidates within the required joining dates and ensure compliance with the payment process.
•Issue labor cards and work permits as requested.
•Maintain accurate records and renew company documents (QID, CR, CC, CDC, etc.) before expiry data without any penalties on the company.
•Report and escalate on pending actions with the Governmental authorities to the HR Operations Team lead.
•Keep abreast and communicate to relevant stakeholders about new laws and regulations issued by the government including review of prices etc.
•Maintain absolute confidentiality of records.
•File documents in the right folders and accessible to all concerned parties.
•Maintain all employees’ records (Visas, Labor cards, etc.) and ensure they have a valid visas.

•Bachelor’s degree is required and any other relevant qualifications.
